LEDs used in this signage product come with a 2-year warranty. If an LED fails within the warranty period, FastPrintHere will replace the faulty LED. Only the replacement LED is provided free of charge. The customer must pay all service and travel charges separately. Repair or replacement charges for any other damage to the signage must also be paid by the customer.

If the signage board needs to be lowered or removed for repair and lifted back into position or reinstalled afterward, the customer must pay all related lifting and access equipment charges, including crane hire, lift equipment and bamboo scaffolding charges. These charges apply even when the LED replacement is covered under warranty.
