1. Custom Printed Products
Since most of our products are custom-made according to customer specifications, returns and refunds are generally not accepted for correctly produced custom orders.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and supporting details.

3. Incorrect Orders
If we make a printing error or supply a product different from the approved specifications, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a reprint, replacement, or refund.

4. Customer-Provided Artwork
Fast Print Here is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect details, low-resolution artwork, or design errors approved or supplied by the customer.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.

6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before printing or production begins. Orders already in production may not be eligible for cancellation or a refund.
