Online Order Fulfilment and Delivery Policy

FastPrintHere is an online-only service focused on Bengaluru/Bangalore. We do not have a customer-facing physical shop, walk-in counter or routine in-person collection point in Bengaluru. Orders and enquiries are coordinated online; delivery or dispatch details are confirmed in writing.

Service area

We focus on enquiries from Bengaluru/Bangalore. Delivery availability to the customer's PIN code must be confirmed before order acceptance.

Timelines

Estimated production and delivery dates will be stated in the written quote where possible. Timelines begin after artwork approval, specifications and payment terms are complete. Delays may occur due to proof changes, material availability, transport or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Charges

Delivery or transport charges must be confirmed in the quote. Installation is not automatically included; availability and charges, if offered for a project, must be agreed in writing. Do not visit a physical location to collect an order unless collection is explicitly agreed in writing.

Receiving orders

Check delivered items promptly and report visible damage, missing items or production issues as soon as possible with photos and the quote/order reference.
