Refund and Cancellation Policy

FastPrintHere operates online and offers custom printing, design and signage services to customers in Bengaluru/Bangalore. Enquiries, artwork sharing and order coordination take place online. There is no walk-in counter or customer-facing physical shop in Bengaluru.

Before confirmation

An online enquiry or quotation request is not a confirmed order. You may choose not to proceed before approving the written quote and any required payment.

After approval or production begins

Once custom artwork, printing, fabrication or production has started, cancellation or refund may not be available for a change of mind or details approved by the customer. Requests are reviewed based on production stage and applicable law.

Errors, damage or defects

Contact us promptly by email or WhatsApp about a manufacturing defect, incorrect quantity or delivery damage. Include the quote/order reference and clear photos. Where appropriate, we will review a correction, reprint, replacement or refund in line with the approved quote and applicable law.
